A free guided walk around St Mary's Island nature reserve led by local birder Matthew Harrison. July is a wonderful time for coastal birdwatching — the tern colonies are busy feeding chicks, Eider ducks bob on the waves with ducklings, and Rock Pipits sing from the rocky shoreline. The walk covers the island's varied habitats: rock pools, grassland, and the seabird ledges visible from the causeway.
