About Acorn & Oak Play Cafe

Acorn & Oak is a soft play cafe in Whitley Bay aimed at children from birth to eight years, with a focus on learning through play and imagination. Its main feature is a three-level play frame with slides, tunnels and a ball pool, complemented by an activity area, play kitchen and reading den. Younger visitors have a dedicated baby area with soft play and sensory activities, and a separately bookable sensory room for under-twos with lights, a bubble tube and sensory toys. An on-site cafe serves drinks and treats for parents while they watch children play. It is close to Whitley Bay Metro station.
