About This Event

Fossil Frolics invites families to become geologists for the morning, searching the rocks and foreshore around St Mary's Island for fossils and clues to the coast's ancient past. Rangers explain what the finds reveal about the millions of years of history beneath our feet. The session begins at 10am and must be booked in advance via the lighthouse's Bookwhen page. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear for the rocks.
