Nicholson's is a fourth-generation, family-run butcher and baker on Park View, Whitley Bay, established in 1914 and now led by Kathryn, the great-granddaughter of the founder. Alongside expertly butchered beef, lamb, pork, poultry and award-winning sausages, it offers dry-aged beef, hand-raised pork pies, quiches, cooked meats, charcuterie and baked goods. The business sources locally and provides in-store shopping, online ordering, collection slots, free local delivery, a loyalty scheme and experience evenings.
